Well yes, it is a fun series for established drivers to play on an even field with similar setup cars and be entertaining. It's not a feeder or development series, it is purely about having fun on a race track with fairly tough cars and putting on an entertaining event. It's not about lap times, being the fastest series on dirt, becoming a world champ or anything else.
