Yup...

I don't think participants should have saying over regulations, no matter who they are...

The only exception should be when party/parties X request for temporary waiver for something reliability related, and everybody has to agree to it before it's implemented... That's reasonable because it not only requires democratic OK from everybody involved but is also not performance related... You know, like the ECU plank fiasco in 2010 (and Larbre showing the others middle finger lol)
