Yes, sorry, I wasn't clear. Continental have known since at least 2015 that their rain tyres for the prototypes are a problem but still haven't fixed it. Suggesting they just couldn't be bothered or simply don't know how to make proper tyres for ~900kg cars. Probably the former.
