What have Noonan done wrong? Are they uncompetitive on price or (worse) performance, hence explaining BJR's lack of pace in 2017?

Speaking of the going on in the old SBRE engine shop, are main game spec Mostech engines (as in #12 and #17 cars) available to customers, or are they are DJRTP exclusive now, with customers only able to get lower performing Super2 spec motors?
