Mainly for the reasons you say, the whole thing on Red Bull seems to be about the presenters, not the drivers, same on most sports shows, more talk, less action, I couldn't care less about that stuff, endlessly playing to an imaginary audience of new people that are apparently always just switching on, so utterly contemptuous of the thousands that watch and know their thing.

Yep! We've got to be so much smarter about HOW we consume sport or you'll just waste your time and life! Somebody mentioned the Eurosport Dakar coverage, I haven't seen that in almost a decade now. I just got so frustrated with how little I was seeing, I decided not to bother at all. The thing which used to get me was when they used to flash up that silly 'What you missed' segment. What I missed? It's more what you didn't show me!
Anyway, onwards and upwards to Sweden.
