Maybe
in ten years, but I don't think the technology is there yet to provide engaging racing at permanent traditional race tracks (compared to FE street circuits), and I'm not sure the DTM fan base is ready for it either. Electric racing is a good marketing opportunity, but so far it's unproven as to whether it could support it's own dedicated event weekend at a proper circuit.
I'm sure there a few eyes watching to see how the Tesla EGT series unfolds.
