The Super Touring races were canned last year in what was a difficult season for that series . Ironically the rejuvenated Dunlop Saloon Car Cup may have impacted on the HTCC entry at Thruxton with a race next weekend at Donington .
The sight and sound of Karin Chandhok in the Williams was one to behold especially in the Friday afternoon test sessions , when he was sharing the track with sundry Formula Ford's etc . It must have been an experience for the Formula Ford drivers as well !
