Depends what you mean about Lammers - he was 1983 Renault Turbo European Champion (is that a Touring Car?), plus he was quick on occasion in F1 and Indycars (he led an Indycar race in 85 I think) plus he was always fast in sportscars.
Worst TC driver without a doubt was that merchant banker Palmer. That year in the BTCC showed him up for the arse he is. How Audi were taken in to give him all that money I will never know - put me off buying an Audi I can tell you!
