As I remember the Clio Williams has an iron block but the later F Renault cars have alloy blocks hence not allowed in Mono. I would imagine that you would be getting about 200bhp from a clio williams engine once it had been blueprinted/ram air box fitted etc and whatever mods are allowed in mono.
