According to the programme it is a Vixen FB1, driven by one J.Bailey. Engine capacity is given as 875cc, which would suggest Hillman Imp, a far cry from a Rover V8.
Funnily enough, I saw a Vixen (or at least the remains of one) at Antwerp Classic Show only yesterday! Never worked out how to stick pictures on here so I'll send it to Andrew to deal with!
A friend of mine is associated with the Antwerp-based club upon who's stand it was sitting so will try to find out more. There was a photo of a driver named Ian Stronach with the car.
