My concern is with the engine builder, not the engine components. EKS and KMS have proved that the VAG engines can be good but (if I have my facts right), the EKS and KMS engines were both built by tuners with experience with 2.0L rallycross spec engines.
Still, perhaps I am underestimating the capabilities of VW Motorsport. If Solberg/PSRX are running the program though, perhaps they will insist on utilizing the same component suppliers that were employed for the Citroen.
