The cars cost 100k+ for starters. So expect an arrive and drive season to cost well in excess of 100K, drivers with that sort of money may as well look at doing BTCC.
Great idea in theory but the reality is cold, dark and expensive!

much more than 100k for the season! good teams are quoting nearly 200k plus extra testing costs. thats stupidly expensive for basically club racing with 7 events, no tv coverage, no spectators and no profile. i bet if a driver went to somehwere like team Hard with that sort of money for a full season in btcc they would immediately sign them!
