He's better off with Todt than with Lotus/Gravity, which looks more like a short-term business than a driver program.
He was lucky enough to get some outings in the F1, but most of the promising drivers they have (or they've had) weren't that lucky and stayed at home while drivers already out of the F1 scope, like Prost or D'Ambrosio took the seat.
