Tell Bernie to tear up that nauseating multi-colored asphalt around his track and build a few grandstands before he does anything. Have the decency to make Paul Ricard look like a proper Formula 1 venue before he moves the race there. Keep the race in Magny-Cours or move it to Le Mans for a year, then unveil Paul Ricard in '05.
