In my experience of running nineteen times the VSCC find the whole thing far too complicated and simply want the easiest way out.
The attention to detail has been regularly an issue and dismissed as 'it is only a bit of fun' - what they missed was that more than a few took the whole formula very seriously.
It was the lack of accuracy that stopped me entering.
