Not sure of the specific cases RT mentions, but there have been some significant changes between the provisional and final results in recent years, and at least in 2018 many turbocharged cars moved down the order as if the scorers had only just realised they should have had that adjusted for on the handicap (capacity *1.3). The entry form asks if your car has a turbo or supercharger but this is the only VSCC event which allows modern cars, so they are probably not very aware of which cars do or don't have them.
