Binotto is in charge of making them a success. They were not a success and the decisions the team made every week made them look like clowns. They were so bad they were a meme. And now people are like "Well that's not fair".

With respect The job is unlike any other. He was surrounded by buck passers and people who dodged responsibility but not empowered to act without interference from above in the way Todt was. One would have thought looking back to the Todt / Brawn era the penny would have dropped by now.....
