Correct, I read that afterwards. The "heart" would be in Finland still but the maintaining of cars would take place in Estonia.
Another possible reason I have heard for the move was because of taxes. Interestingly when I watched the recce in Sweden last year I noticed that the Subarus Toyota were using were registered in Estonia.
Could a new project be for R5 cars perhaps?
