If I miss or am unable to watch something live and I dont want to spoil the result I just go into a media lockdown..... no forums, no social media, no websites or anywhere that might potentially spoil the result. Often includes not speaking to friends who might have already watched it.
Its really not that difficult, and to expect a forum not to discuss a race live these days, well get with the times.
