There are only 2 teams that have Albon in them, but yes obviously they benefit from his better finishes, likewise what is Red Bull's gain is Toro Rosso's loss in the constructors championship.
From a Fantasy point of view fortunately it hasn't created duplicate teams, although it is far enough through the season that there is points differentials between teams that it wouldn't be a major factor for the remainder of the season if it had.
