Lee Janotta should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Turn the downforce up as far as you can, raise the ride height a bit, stiffen the suspension way up... The driver'd get pounded, but the car should make it... Perhaps minus the front wing.

Jacques or Juan Pablo could do it...
