If you manage to have a motorsport on TV these, you have probably done something good. The lack of media attention is not down to Red Bull I think but rather the lack in general for motorports that isn't Formula 1, MotoGP, maybe IndyCar etc, the bigger ones that is.
WRC is getting more exposure than WRX at least and there is definitely a way bigger interest at WRC rounds and way more countries looking to host a round.
