I just deleted it and blocked the user. Unfortunately with an "open" system we'll just have to keep eyes open.
Users should be able to "revert" changes but if a deletion, etc. needs done then just let me know. Either in this thread or by PM. I'll have a look and see if there's some sort of "Report This" button that could be implemented.
