Not seen that rumour.

In Feb, it was confirmed by Austin and HMS that their plans for 2019 were:
- Run a test programme with the Alfa.
- Run Alex Day in TCT with the Audi.
- Run A.N.Other in TCT with the Toyota (if someone came forward).
