I didn't see the incident unfold in person, but I have heard that he was helped into it by a TVR. Can't substantiate that myself though.
Had an enjoyable start to the race myself, glad to see that you both finished without any further engine gremlins. Less than impressed with the number of leading cars that decided SC rules clearly didn't apply to them, but seems that wasn't reflected in any amendments to the results so what do I know...
