I think you'll find that even under strictest terms social interaction is easy. There may be small inconveniences like takeaway only cafes, wearing a mask and controlled toilets but on the whole it's business as usual. Don't let that stop anyone, motor racing is its usual social self. Get out there and support the clubs and circuits.
