Can't see Ganassi replacing 40 year old TK with 38 year old Bourdais. In terms of replacements surely its Rosenquist, Karam or he goes after someone and tries to buy them out of a contract - Hinch, RHR or Pagenaud etc.
Chilton to Carlin sounds closer by the day.
