The SRO FCY -> SC system made a complete mess of the Road America race then.

SRO really are a mess. They tell everyone, in official drivers meetings, that they WILL go to SC after a FCY. They mess that up in the race, announce a SC, but go to green. Teams are confused and ask wtf happened. SRO carry out an extensive investigation and say the competitors misinterpret the instructions and the restart was legal, despite race control making an error.

FCY -> SC needs to stop happening.
