No, I only know FOrd made them, obviously in very limited quantities. I have seen one cut, raised and welded . . . . which also enables you to get inside to port/modify.
from memory its getting the end cylinders to flow as well as the middle two so they don't run lean. . . . although some heads are worse so I'd do that first!!!
