Yes, lucky.
Whenever the rain starts minutes before the end of qualifying, it's luck. Conditions changing every minute - Vettel's previous lap gave him nearly 2 seconds advantage, and then comes Hamilton with additional 3 seconds. What is that but luck?
Sure, great drive, but great error-free drives should always be expected&delivered, not treated like special achievement. At least for those few at the top.
