I was doing European Championship Rallies in the 80s .
In 1987 using a Toyota Gt in Gp N 1600 .
At Flanders that year Mike turned up in a Peugeot 205 GtI & beat me to win the class .
I think it must have impressed Peugeot Talbot Sport because next year Flanders became one of their British Championship rounds & about 50 of them were entered on that event .
