Not quite...Morgan Shepard still competes at 76!!
And a quick search shows Hershel McGriff is the oldest to drive a NASCAR sanctioned event at 90. Didn't know he was still alive!!!
But pretty Shepard has got to be the oldest to compete in the big 3.
