I think this is an interesting thread -- But I wish someone had comparative TV ratings {IRL versus Champ Car} because TV generates so much money. I think that's the real lynchpin issue. Now if Scott Speed goes to CC I believe it will generate a bump in their ratings and more fans at the events. But whether it will hold is anyone's guess.
