Former Team Tom's management (T2 Co., Ltd. Owner: Isao Tanimoto, Nobuhide Tachi) has purchased 80% stake of Tom's Co., Ltd. from Mobcast Holdings by MBO (management buy out).
In short, Tachi-san bought back Team Tom's.
Mobcast says it's a short cut to get Tom's Co., Ltd. listed on the stock market.
