One of the most fantastic that I witnessed was Alex Zanardi in the p***ing rain in a BPR race at silverstone in an underpowered Lotus Esprit - He blitzed the big GT1 cars right through the rainstorm and hung on well even when it dried out - I think he finished fourth in the end
