Haas - even if they knew they were going to get the penalty it was still the right call to bring the cars in, that car has no business scoring points in a dry race where only 1 car retires.
Red Bull probably a close second I think - for getting Max's car sorted out.
Everyone else was a bit crap. Mercedes utterly, utterly dominant car but somehow didn't get a 1-2, I'm still not sure how they managed that. Racing Point - turned a second row lockout (earned on pure pace) into an underwhelming race result. McLaren were pretty anonymous throughout, Ferrari continued to be dreadful, Renault - nope, can't remember them doing anything worthwhile, Alpha Tuari managed to be the only team to retire a car, Alfa may as well not have bothered turning up and Williams managed to end up with a car 5 laps down.
