I posted a story a few months ago (
http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/124606) that mentioned about development of the Stowe area of Silverstone, the purpose of which was to cater for new events, one of which was World Rallycross.
Might have been a general statement: or perhaps it was a statement of intent!
