Perry didn't technically have an accident, he just scraped past the barrier at Eau Rouge. And it was after that session that Andrea Sassetti was nicked for fraud.

I thought of another one involving father son Graham and Damon Hill. Both won the Spanish GP after their team mate and perhaps the greatest driver at the time died. Jim Clark in 1968 and Ayrton Senna 1994
