To answer your question; no. It has been and always will be a judgement call. No more confusing than normal, imho.

And I'll back off a little on my initial reaction to the penalty being harsh. It's hard to tell if it's a reaction or if Graham came off the corner and made an immediate move to the inside:

It is the last lap, so gloves come off, but kinda hard to argue with Max Papis and Arie Luyendyk on something like this...
