Sorry, totally disagree. The organisers already have the right to challenge the cheaters and it is up to them to administer the series to maintain it the way they want.
Are you suggesting Racing Ray Williams and Paul McCarthy for example, should be banned just because they are experienced?
I haven't ruled out sharing a car with my grandson, but at my age (same as Ray Williams!), I have no intention or ambition to 'move up'. By all accounts, the mix of experienced and entry level works well - and the entry level philosophy relates to the costs, not the ability.
