Thanks Forda for posting that - couldn't see behind the pay wall before that.

Sounds like Mr Phelps has simply taken CL's comments re the length of his current contract and number of races in that period and turned that into a retirement announcement.

Hmmm - sounds more like adding 2 + 2 and getting 63 to me.
