Previous years, you are able to bid on eBay through Riders for Health charity, they normally list 2 paddock passes for each race but obviously it is bidding and it is for charity! Not sure if they are doing it this year but you can look through Riders for Health pages.
Unless you know someone in a team or a rider, they are gold dust!
