I would try it, but not at full price, wait for 6 months or so, then they will move on to PCARS 3 as this is clearly their franchise.
By then it be patched better, and hopefully some of the glitches sorted. And it will probably be cheaper.
Not worth the risk right now unless you wnat to spend 40 quid.
