Varies, as it does with males.

Look at the phyisque of female drivers like Chelsea Angelo, Danica Patrick, or Ashley Freiberg. They're built like athletes, and that takes a lot of hard work and determination. Ms Taylor wouldn't be too far behind them. Rallying would certainly be up there in terms of how demanding it is both physically and mentally.

The whole thing, racecraft included, is too wide and varied to be able to correctly benchmark and compare. You have drivers who work hard in the gym, on the simulators, and in the textbooks, but don't get the opportunities to apply it. Conversely, you have those who are gifted a seat, because it's marketable for instance, and can't get the most out of it. This applies to both males, and females.

If Holden wants someone other than Ms de Silvestro, they'll need to invest in developing someone into a seat in the maingame over a few years. Within our shores, we don't have the depth of talent to drop someone into a seat next season. There aren't many drivers out there who don't already have a full-time gig in the main game, that are capable of pedalling these cars at a competitive pace, regardless of gender.
