I would suggest that in future that we restrict the event to a quiz and a raffle, and not a barbecue, and as nights in July can be quite chilly, maybe Delta could bring along a couple of free standing heaters to warm our hands etc.
Might be safer.

And maybe as the free standing heaters put out quite a lot of heat we could chuck a few burgers and sausages on them!
