The Ferrari 488 GT3 is regarded inside all paddocks and by pretty much every driver (regardless of what chassis they're driving at the time) around the world as probably the best GT3 car available at the moment. Ferrari (Michelotto) as a whole have also learned how to play the BoP game well after not really playing the game with the 458.
Not all cars have equal chances of winning because of BoP. That's the intent behind it, but it's not the result or a fact of life... at least not yet.
