I haven't watched all of it yet as I had to give up when Aderton was talking due to the audio being nearly impossible to listen to. I will use some headphones and see if that nakes it any better. New uprights is a band aid and reducing engine costs without specifics gets into the realm of no hard planning & just wishful thinking. A cost cap is a very good move as long as it covers everything and no exceptions and definitely includes salaries for all team member from the TP to the driver and everyone else. That only leaves the future and what will replace the cars being used at the moment which of course is only a minor detail.
