I don't think it would be all that strange if the #62 was not owned by Scuderia Corsa but by one of the European teams.
I'm quite sure Kessel did help out some of the fellow Ferrari teams at Le Mans.
Not sure if that was Risie or Scuderia Corsa or both.

Would it be possible to convert a F142M GT3 to a GTE?
In that case 4206 may be right?

Racingsportscars.com has it as '4206', lemans-history.com too.
The 2017 Le Mans Annual lists #62 as being F142M-GT3-4206 and #65 as F142M-GT3-4208

Across the page #83 is listed as F142M-GTE-3822 and #84 as F142M-GT3-4404

I seem to recall that the 488 GTE and GT3 were intended to be easily interchangeable.

Indeed, some light spade work on the interweb throws up this:

To make categorization more confusing, the 488 GTE and 488 GT3 are close enough that one can be converted to the other without a huge amount of work, something Scuderia Corsa did when it competed at Le Mans earlier this year. One of its cars even finished third in class.
