That’s fine, but if you wanted to hire and pay a reserve driver for your sim, there would be a fair choice of drivers with more experience.
Also, if you wanted to give them track time to correlate the sim, then an FP1 would definitely not be what you’d use. And you’d also want that as early in the season as possible.
At best he gets to promote his F1 link with sponsors and maybe gets a small space on the F1 car for which he gets a healthy commission when he sells it.
