Interesting observations.
I don't like Louise for the same reason I don't like Steve Ryder and Tim Harvey. Steve and Louise make constant references to how much more fun BTCC is than F1 - clearly bitter they are standing in a field in Thruxton, rather than the Monaco Casino. And Tim and Louise spend the entire time sucking up to Jason Plato like he's some sort of motorsport god to rival Senna. I think regardless of gender, those 3 on BTCC have the same problems. I feel they bring absolutely nothing to the show. Addison and Paulo are excellent though.
FE and WEC I don't mind. I haven't noticed the issues you have, but perhaps I will now you've mentioned it. I suppose WEC is a little cliche of putting the woman in the pits as a support person rather than a lead - same with SRO come to think of it, but I'm not sure Dakota is still on the broadcasts.
